Y15 is located in Kaohsiung's Asia New Bay Area, where the city's industrial transformation has been most concentrated in recent years. As semiconductor, electric vehicle and smart technology industries establish operations in Kaohsiung, southern Taiwan needs not only production bases but also places that can accommodate corporate headquarters, international exchange and incoming talent.
Integrated with the MRT station, the project combines commercial offices, services and residential uses on one site. Its goal is to bring commuting, work, daily life and consumption within walking distance, reduce reliance on private vehicles and extend the benefits of public transport into surrounding neighborhoods. This reflects the purpose of joint development: enhancing MRT utilization through land development while creating long-term public assets for the city.

Integrate with Yellow Line Y15 Station, provide station entrances and public passageways, and connect the light rail with the surrounding pedestrian network.

Provide office space suited to corporate headquarters and international business, addressing needs created by Kaohsiung's changing industrial structure.

Convert the southern edge of the site into a greenway through urban planning review, creating continuous open space and providing 227 public parking spaces.

Support a mobile mammography vehicle, scholarships for Kaohsiung students and youth AI workshops, with progress updates published as programs advance.
The site is located in Kaohsiung's Asia New Bay Area, immediately adjacent to Yellow Line Y15 Station and the existing light rail line. The Asia New Bay Area is a priority development zone promoted by the Kaohsiung City Government, with major public infrastructure and industrial investment already underway nearby.
The originally planned 15-meter road along the southern side of the site was redesignated as a greenway through the urban plan amendment process, creating a continuous public realm between the site and surrounding blocks. MRT entrances, ventilation facilities and other integrated works are included in the project and will connect directly with the future buildings.
The project is implemented in accordance with the Mass Rapid Transit Act, the Regulations for Land Development of Mass Rapid Transit Systems and the Kaohsiung City Government's implementation guidelines. The Mass Rapid Transit Bureau, Kaohsiung City Government is the competent authority and Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd. is the investor. The development includes commercial offices, commercial facilities and residential uses integrated with the MRT station.
